An unlocked Pixel 10a is a phone that isn’t tied to a specific carrier. When you purchase an unlocked Pixel 10a, you get to choose which carrier or plan works best for you. Most phones in the Google Store come unlocked.
To use a SIM-unlocked phone:
1. Buy an unlocked Pixel phone from the Google Store.
2. Contact a mobile carrier.
3. Follow their instructions to set up your phone with their service plan.
Is Pixel 10a dual SIM?
Pixel 10a has dual SIM functionality. You can use two SIMs: one physical SIM card and one eSIM. You can choose which SIM to use for which action, like messaging or calling. This option is called Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS). On Pixel 10a if your carrier allows, you can use two eSim profiles simultaneously and connect to two 5G networks in dual SIM mode at the same time.
What is the difference between connecting my Pixel 10a now with a carrier and connecting it later?
The Google Store offers carrier activation with AT&T and Verizon. If you activate with a carrier now, we’ll connect your Pixel 10a to your account.
AT&T customers: Once you receive your new Pixel 10a, call AT&T to complete your activation. Your Pixel 10a will arrive ready to go with your number and plan information. If you connect with a carrier later, once your new Pixel 10a arrives, you can insert a physical SIM card or use eSIM from any carrier that provides service for Pixel.
Does Pixel 10a have 5G network compatibility?
