Frequently asked questions.

To be eligible to refer a friend, you (Code Giver) must be an active Pixel Phone user and be opted in to receive Pixel emails as of the launch of this program.

To be eligible to redeem a referral code that was referred to you (Code Receiver) by a friend, you must not have previously used a referral code as part of this referral program. You must also be signed in to your Google Account.

If you’ve received an email to participate in the program, congrats! You’re in. We will be opening up eligibility and participation in the future.

Code Receivers will get a referral code for 10% off the highest-value Pixel phone in their cart at the time of checkout.

Code Givers will receive $50 in Google Store credit for every successful referral. They can send up to 10 referrals per campaign and earn a total of $500 in Google Store credit if all 10 of their referrals are successful. Each credit will expire 12 months after it is issued.

This discount can be combined with other offers, but can’t be used during certain peak times like Black Friday or new product launches.

Code Receivers can use their referral code with most other offers. However, there are a couple of current exceptions:  a referral code cannot be used during major promotional events like Black Friday/December Holiday and a referral code also cannot be combined with introductory offers on newly launched Pixel devices.

Each referral code can only be used once. The referral code received may have been redeemed by another person. Reach out to the person who referred you to see if they have a different referral code to share.

Please note that, if you are a Code Giver, you cannot redeem any referral codes at checkout. You can only share your referral codes with others.
