損傷や故障が発生した場合は、Pixel Care+ 管理ページから対象のデバイスを選択し、不具合の内容や発生日を入力して申請手続きを行うことができます。サポート エージェントに電話で請求を申請することも可能です。詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。

Pixel Care+ の補償対象は、メインデバイス（Google Pixel スマートフォン、Google Pixel Watch、または Fitbit）のみです。メインデバイスの箱に同梱されている純正のアクセサリー（充電ケーブルやアダプターなど）や、別途ご購入いただいたアクセサリーは補償対象外です。
Google Pixel Buds は現在、Pixel Care+ の補償対象外です。ただし、ご購入から 1 年間は、製造上の不具合に対する標準保証が適用されます。
Google Pixel Watch および Fitbit につきましては、修理ではなく、迅速な交換サービスにて対応し、正常に動作するデバイスをいち早くお手元にお届けします。優先サポートや回数無制限の申請、紛失・盗難補償も変わらずご利用いただけます。なお、交換時のサービス料はモデルによって異なります。
Pixel Care+ は、デバイスのご購入から 30 日以内であればお申し込みいただけます。この期間を過ぎると、過失による損傷への保証は追加できません。ただし、製造上の不具合については引き続き、標準の 1 年間メーカー保証の対象となります。
店頭でのスマートフォンの画面修理とバッテリー交換については、修理費用は ¥0 （無料）です。その他、破損や紛失、盗難によるデバイスの交換などの申請についてはサービス手数料（免責金額）がかかります。具体的な金額は、デバイスのモデルや請求内容によって異なります。
Pixel Care+ の月払いプランは、最長 60 か月間、毎月自動的に更新されます。一括払いプランの場合は、24 か月分の料金を一括でお支払いいただきます。
現在、日本国内で Preferred Care をご利用のお客様は、今後数か月以内に新しいプログラムへ移行されます。Pixel Care+ への切り替えが完了するまで、現在の Preferred Care プランを引き続きご利用いただけます。Pixel Care+ は、お使いの Google Pixel と Fitbit デバイスをさらにしっかりと保護できるよう、補償内容と優先サポートを強化したサービスであり、お客様にさらなる安心をお届けします。
デバイスの製造番号（IMEI）は、ご購入時の箱に記載されています。箱がない場合は、Google ストアの注文履歴または Google の「デバイスを探す」サービスでご確認いただけます。詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。
はい、標準で1 年間のメーカー保証が付いており、製造上の不具合や故障の補償が対象です。落下や水濡れなどの過失による損傷については、修理費用をお支払いいただく必要があります。
