We’ll inspect and repair. After we confirm the problem and the repair cost with you, we’ll start repairing your device.
The overall process takes approximately 7–10 business days after you ship the device to us. Please report all problems completely and accurately. Additional problems found during inspection will increase the repair time. Learn more
