This new feature allows Pixel users to generate music tracks using simple text prompts or images. It’s designed to be accessible and fun, so you don’t need a background in music theory to make something that sounds great.

We take thousands of photos to capture memories, but photos are silent. Gemini changes that by giving your photos a custom soundtrack.

Say you’re looking at a photo of a rainy afternoon spent reading a book. You can upload that photo to Gemini. The model then analyzes the scene – the rain against the window, the cozy lighting – and composes a track that fits that mood. It goes beyond just melody and creates lyrics that fit the feeling.

Gemini can also turn your words into a personalized track that you can share with others.

Think about the inside jokes you share with your siblings or friends. You can now immortalize those jokes in a song. Simply type a description of the genre and the subject matter, and Gemini builds a track from scratch.
