What do you do when a movie theater is so loud that people bring their own earplugs? A Superfan shared their clever fix. “I put in my Pixel Buds Pro and the noise canceling effect was perfect.” Nice one!

Superfan Jeff described how they use gestures to make their Pixel even more helpful. “My Pixel tip is a Pixel tap! In the Features section of the Settings menu there’s an option to enable a double-tap gesture. I have it set up to turn on my flashlight, but there’s a bunch of other options as well!”

This tip allows Superfan Jen to see all they’ve copied in the last hour, and even pin snippets so they stick. Tap the arrow on the top left of the keyboard (next to the autocomplete suggestions), then tap the clipboard.

How do I become a Superfan?

Fill out this form to join if you’re based in the USA, this form for UK citizens, or this form for German citizens. If you’re interested in the program and live in another country, let us know here.

When can I join the Pixel Superfans community?

You can become a Pixel Superfan at any time by filling out the enrollment form (see above FAQ for form links).

Who is eligible to join the Pixel Superfans community?

Pixel fans aged age 18+ located in the USA, UK or Germany who are not members of the press, members of the government, or employed by Google.

Why haven’t I gotten my welcome email yet?

It may take up to two weeks from the date you submit the enrollment form for you to receive your welcome email (as long as you meet the eligibiity requirements, see FAQ "Who is eligible to join the Pixel Superfans community?").

How can I participate in the Pixel referral program?

We’re working on expanding the current referral program and will announce new opportunities via email.

I’m not receiving emails, how do I know I’m on the Superfans list?

Up to two weeks after applying to join the Superfans community, you’ll receive a welcome email to confirm you’ve joined. Once you have received this email, you are on the list. If you never received this, apply to become a Superfan in the USA, UK or Germany.

Do we have access to customer service within the Pixel Superfans program?

Pixel Superfans is not a support channel. We recommend contacting our customer service here at support.google.com.

How do I update my home address in the group database?

If you would like to update your home address, feel free to contact pixelsuperfans@google.com with the details of your new address.

How do I stay up to date on the latest Pixel products and features?
