The phone in your pocket is most helpful when it’s packed with the Google Pixel apps you need.

Google Pixel
phones, tablets, watches, and earbuds are engineered by Google for personalised help throughout your day. So you can save time, live better, and do more of the things you enjoy. For Doug Anderson, Google Pixel was helpful when he was planning a dinner out for his wife and two daughters in Chicago. He recalled Coco Pazzo, a popular Italian restaurant in the centre of town, but since he hadn’t been there in years, he had forgotten the best route from his suburban home.

Google Maps
helped him out. From his
Google Pixel phone
, Anderson opened the preloaded app, navigated to a reservation link and selected a table for a Saturday night. When the evening arrived, the built-in GPS in Google Maps directed him along the quickest route to Coco Pazzo. “It was a seamless drive to the restaurant and took 25 minutes,” he says. With the Google Maps app on the Pixel Watch, it’s easy to find the way from a parking spot to the restaurant.
“Because phones play such a big role in our lives, you need one that gives you fast access to the apps and services you use every day.”

All your favourite apps, in one place
Because phones play such a big role in our lives, you need one that gives you fast access to the
apps
and services you use every day, such as Google Maps,
Google Wallet
and Google Assistant.
These Google apps, come loaded on every Pixel, including
Pixel 11 and
Pixel 11 Pro
, and are powered by all the smarts of Google, including the Tensor G2 chip. And because Pixel devices work better together, you can access apps on your phone from your
Google Pixel Watch
, or through Google Assistant with your
Pixel Buds Pro
.

Pixel Buds
are useful when touring a new city on foot and you want to keep your eyes on the sights. Running errands at home and need to reach the local hardware store? Ask Google Assistant to make a call from your Pixel Buds, and keep your hands free to carry your bags. Use Google Maps on your Pixel phone, watch or earbuds to find your way with ease. Just ask Google to get turn-by-turn directions right in your ear or on your wrist using Google Maps with Pixel Buds and the Pixel Watch. And before you head out of the house, you can ask Google on your Nest Hub or Next Hub Max for directions and traffic conditions, and they’ll automatically be sent to your phone. You can also ask Google Assistant to make a call from your Pixel Buds, so you can keep your hands free to carry your bags.

Get help paying the bill

When holidaying in Israel, Aliza Knox found it easier to turn to Google Wallet than pay with card. She was out with her cousin, who lives there, to celebrate his wife’s birthday at a restaurant in the ancient port of Jaffa. Live Translate, which translates more than 20 languages, helped Knox read the menu.

Knox picked up the bill and paid with Google Wallet, which lets you store your credit and debit cards, then pay quickly from your Pixel phone or Pixel Watch.

To make a payment with Pixel Watch, look for a place that accepts contactless payments or GPay, double press the crown, and your default credit card will show on the face. Hold the face near the payment terminal; when you hear the chime, you’ve paid your bill.

Knox checked the bill, added the tip, tapped the screen, and headed back to the hotel. “It’s fast and easier than having to dig around for your credit card,” she says. “I use Fingerprint Unlock on the phone, so it’s easy to authenticate it.”

A phone is only as good as what it can do for you – with all the software and services preloaded on Pixel phones and Pixel Watch, help is always within reach.
