Trade-in values vary based on condition, year, and configuration of your trade-in device. If Google Store cannot refund your payment method, you’ll receive Google Store credit. If you finance your new phone, Google Store will refund you through the Klarna payment option and Klarna will process your refund in line with your agreement with them. If the value of your traded device is greater than the value of your new device then any difference will be issued through Google Store credit.
