An unlocked Pixel 11 is a phone that isn’t tied to a specific operator. When you purchase an unlocked Pixel 11, you get to choose which operator or plan works best for you. Most phones in the Google Store come unlocked.

To use a SIM-unlocked phone:1. Buy an unlocked Pixel phone from the Google Store.2. Contact a mobile operator.3. Follow their instructions to set up your phone with their service plan.

Pixel 11 has dual SIM functionality. You can use two SIMs: one physical SIM card and one eSIM. You can choose which SIM to use for which action, like messaging or calling. This option is called Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS). On Pixel 11 if your operator allows, you can use two eSIM profiles simultaneously and connect to two 5G networks in dual SIM mode at the same time.
Yes, Pixel 11 works with 5G networks. The type of 5G service depends on both the phone model and the operator network.

During your purchase of a new Pixel phone, answer a few questions, and once we receive the phone within the specified time frame and verify its condition, you’ll most likely receive the full amount of the estimated refund.
