How do repairs work?
Walk-in
Visit a nearby authorised partner location to get your Pixel phone repaired. Repairs are typically completed on the same day as the drop-off. Repair timeline may vary based on location constraints (e.g. demand, part availability, etc.).
Mail-in
Mail in your device for repair and get it back good as new. When we receive it, we’ll inspect it and confirm the reported damages match what needs to be fixed.
Self-repair
If you prefer self-repair, authorized Google repair parts are available through a partnership with iFixit. This option is only recommended for those with relevant technical expertise. Learn more
