² Trade-in can only be applied with a new Pixel purchase. Trade-in estimate is confirmed at checkout and the value depends on model and condition of the eligible trade-in device. Value may vary from estimated value following inspection and whether the trade-in device matches description provided during the Trade-in questions. Device trade-in credit will be issued as an instant credit at checkout (for select customers), as a refund back on the specific form of payment used for the device purchase at Google Store, or in the form of Store Credit if Google Store cannot refund your payment method. If you receive an instant credit and your device is not received or matches a lower value description, you may be charged the full amount of your original estimate or the difference between the original estimate and final assessed value. Your device must be in good working order, power up and have no major screen damage to qualify. You are responsible for deleting all data from the trade-in device before despatching it to our Trade-in partner. The trade-in device cannot be returned so ensure all data is backed up. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership. If you return your new Pixel device, you will not be able to retrieve your old phone and will only be offered, by way of GStore credit, an amount equal to the trade-in price given for your old device. To receive the estimated Trade-In Value as provided, you must send your Trade-In Device to our Trade-In Partner PCS within thirty (30) days of receiving the new device purchased from Google, provided the purchased device has not been returned during that time. Your trade-in expires completely 75 days after Google ships your new device, after which time PCS will return any Trade-In Device sent into it. If the value of your traded device is greater than the value of your new device (excluding VAT) then any difference will be issued through Google Store credit. Full Terms and Conditions apply.
