You are responsible for deleting all data from the trade-in device before sending it to our Trade-in partner. The trade-in device cannot be returned so ensure all data is backed up. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership. If you return your new Pixel device, you will not be able to retrieve your old phone and will only be offered, by way of Google Store credit, an amount equal to the trade-in price given for your old device.
