What is Google Store trade-in?
利用方法を教えてください。
対象デバイスの下取りはオンラインで簡単に行えます。新しい Google Pixel デバイスを購入する際、[下取り] 画面で [下取りに出す] を選択します。ブランド、モデル、デバイスの状態に関する質問に答えるだけで、下取りの見積もり額が表示されます。下取りの見積もり額をオンラインで承諾する場合は、購入手続きを完了してください。その後、Google が、下取りに出すデバイスを下取りパートナーに発送する手配を進めます。下取りに出すデバイスを発送する前に新しいデバイスが届くので、新しいデバイスのセットアップを先に完了することができます。
下取りパートナーは、下取りしたデバイスの受領後に査定を行い、お客様がご購入の際に申告した状態であることを確認します。確認が終わったら、ご購入の際のお支払い方法に対して払い戻しが行われます。デバイスの状態が申告内容と異なる場合は、新たに算出された下取りの見積もり額分の払い戻しが行われます。ただし、ご購入時に、状態が申告内容と異なる場合は払い戻しを受け取らずに古いデバイスをお客様に返送するように選択した場合を除きます。

What conditions would preclude my device from trade-in?
Please do not send your device if it has a damaged or swollen battery. If the inspection results show swelling or other physical damage to the battery, the device will not be eligible for credit and cannot be returned due to safety issues and local regulatory requirements.
Please note that phones reported lost or stolen, phones found to be counterfeit, phones that don’t power on/off, and phones that are not factory reset or have passcodes and locks when received will also not be accepted for trade-in, and may not be returned due to safety issues and local regulatory requirements.

- 1Trade-in values vary based on condition, year, and configuration of your trade-in device, and are subject to change upon inspection. Credit card refund only available if a Pixel device is purchased on that card. Device trade-in value depends on the eligibility of the device traded in. Device trade-in credit will be issued as a refund back on the credit card (up to 60 days) used for the device purchase at Google Store or in the form of Store Credit if the purchased device has already been returned. Refund is based on (and paid after) device received matching the description provided at time of estimate and will be issued to form of payment used for order. Devices sent for trade-in must be received within 30 days of receiving your new device, provided the purchased device has not been returned during that time.
