No Cost EMI and Low Cost EMI option will be made available to customers who purchase eligible Google products ("Products") using select credit cards from participating banks/financial institutions ("Issuing Banks") and opt for the No Cost EMI or Low Cost EMI payment option.The eligibility of Products for No Cost EMI or Low Cost EMI is at the sole discretion of Google and may be subject to change without prior notice. 'No Cost EMI' implies that the interest component charged by the Issuing Bank will be provided as an upfront discount at the time of purchase, effectively reducing the price of the eligible Product to the total amount payable in EMIs. The discount provided under the No Cost EMI is solely for the purpose of adjusting the interest component charged by the Issuing Bank. 'Low Cost EMI' implies that a portion (not the complete interest component) of the interest component charged by the Issuing Bank will be provided as an upfront discount at the time of purchase, effectively reducing the price of the eligible Product to the total amount payable in EMIs. The discount provided under the Low Cost EMI is solely for the purpose of adjusting only a portion of interest component charged by the Issuing Bank. Google displays representative No Cost EMI/Low-Cost EMI–related information (EMI amount, interest rate charged and total amount payable) for customer’s purchase as per the information shared with Google by the customer’s Issuing Bank on an “AS IS“ basis. Customers’ Issuing Bank is the authoritative source of this information and customers are advised to contact their Issuing Bank for clarifications in this regard. Google is not responsible for any processing fees, pre-closure charges, or other charges levied by the Issuing Bank. Customers are advised to review the Issuing Bank's terms and conditions related to EMI transactions.Google shall have no liability in the event their Issuing Bank refuses to process No Cost EMI/Low-Cost EMI payment option transaction.

Exchange bonus is available only for select/eligible devices. Offer subject to successful trade-in completion with trade-in partner ("Cashify"). Cashify will reimburse the exchange bonus amount upon successful completion of trade-in and device pick up. Cashify terms also apply. If the purchased Google product (for which the exchange bonus was issued) is returned, the exchange bonus will no longer be eligible and will be deducted from the refund.

To qualify for instant cashback on the Pixel 11, a minimum transaction of ₹58,499 is required.

Instant Cashback will be made available to the customers who purchase eligible Google products ("Products") using an eligible credit card of participating banks ("Issuing Banks") with EMI as a payment option.

Instant Cashback means an immediate reduction in the purchase price of the Product at the time of transaction, when a qualifying card from an Issuing Bank is used. The discount amount or percentage will be as specified on the Product page and/or at checkout. The discount may vary depending on the Product and the Issuing Bank. The interest amount on the first EMI will be calculated from the Loan Booking Date till Payment Due Date as per Bank's Policy. In the event of customer preclosing/ cancelling EMI on an originally Credit Card EMI or Debit Card EMI transaction, Preclosure Fee will be levied by the Bank as applicable.

Instant Cashback may, or may not be combined with other offers, at the sole discretion of Google. Any allowed combinations will be clearly specified within the offer details. The discount will be applied only upon successful authorization of the transaction by the Issuing Bank. The Issuing Bank reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Instant Cashback at any time.

Google does not charge customers any processing or convenience fee for the purpose of facilitating Instant Cashback. The customer's Issuing Bank may charge processing fees. Customer's relationship with the Issuing Bank is governed by the Issuing Bank's agreement. Google is not responsible for any disputes between the customer and the Issuing Bank.
