What is Google Store exchange?
Our exchange program with Cashify makes it easy to get the latest Pixel device. If your old device is eligible, you’ll receive a refund via Netbanking or UPI once Cashify inspects your old device.
When you order a new Pixel, you’ll get an estimate for your old device. After your new Pixel device arrives, Cashify will collect your old device and send payment after inspection (the amount may be adjusted). For more details, please refer to the exchange program Terms and Conditions.
How will the value of my old device be credited back to me?
How much will I get for my exchange?
The exchange value depends on your device, model, manufacturer, and condition. When you purchase a new Pixel device and choose to exchange an eligible device, you will need to answer questions related to the eligible device. Cashify will also assess your device during your exchange appointment and give you the actual value to accept or reject. If you’re not happy, you can keep your old phone.
Your device must be in good working condition, power on, and have no major screen damage, screen bruising, battery swelling / damage, cracks, backlight damage, or an activation lock in place.

How long does the exchange process take?
Within 48 hours of your new Pixel being delivered, Cashify will get in touch via SMS or WhatsApp to help you schedule an appointment and choose your preferred payment method to receive your exchange value.
On the day of your appointment, a Cashify representative will visit to inspect your device. After the inspection, you’ll receive a final quote. If you accept, they’ll collect the device, and the payment will be transferred to your chosen payment method right away.
Can I exchange more than one device?

You can check the status of your exchange by selecting "Exchange details" in your order history:
- Confirmed: You’ve started the exchange and received an email confirmation.
- Schedule appointment: You’ve booked your appointment with Cashify using the link in the SMS they sent you.
- Completed: Cashify has assessed your device and credited the exchange value to you.
- Cancelled: Either you've decided to cancel your exchange request or Cashify decided to cancel your exchange request because you provided incorrect details, or any other reasons.
