² Trade-in can only be applied with a new Pixel purchase. Trade-in estimate is confirmed at checkout and the value depends on model and condition of the eligible trade-in device. Actual value may vary from estimated value following inspection and whether the trade-in device matches the description provided during the trade-in questions. Your device's actual value will be emailed to you after it's inspected. PCS Wireless will return your device if the actual value is less than 75% of the estimate. Device trade-in credit will be issued as an instant credit at checkout (for select customers), as a refund back on the specific form of payment used for the device purchase at Google Store, or in the form of Store Credit if Google Store cannot refund your payment method. If you receive an instant credit and your device is not received or matches a lower value description, you might be charged the full amount of your original estimate or the difference between the original estimate and final assessed value. Your device must be in good working order, power up, and have no major screen damage to qualify. You are responsible for deleting all data from the trade-in device before despatching it to our trade-in partner. The trade-in device cannot be returned so make sure all data is backed up. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership. If you return your new Pixel device, you will not be able to retrieve your old phone and will only be offered, by way of Google Store credit, an amount equal to the trade-in price given for your old device. To receive the estimated trade-in value as provided, you must send your trade-in device to our trade-in partner PCS within thirty (30) days of receiving the new device purchased from Google, provided the purchased device has not been returned during that time. Your trade-in expires completely 75 days after Google ships your new device, after which time PCS will return any trade-in device sent to it. ³ Unlimited damage cover begins on the policy start date. Unlimited out-of-warranty breakdown cover begins after the two-year manufacturer's warranty expires. For eligible smartphones, repairs to cracked screens (front and back) are free of charge. An excess fee applies if the internal main display needs repair. If the battery's maximum capacity drops below 80%, battery replacement is free of charge. Replacement devices will be shipped as soon as the next day after claim approval. If you purchased the "Loss and Theft Plan," you are covered for up to three incidents of loss or theft in a rolling 12-month period.
