to understand more about the differences of each Pixel to help pick the right Pixel for you.Because this might be your first time choosing a Google Pixel phone, our trade-in program lets you trade in a wide range of eligible smartphones for valuable refunds. Aside from Google Pixel phones, we also currently accept non-Pixel phones like Apple’s iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Huawei and LG phones.
Trading-in is easy to do online with our trade-in kits. Just add the trade-in on the product page, and we’ll send a kit with your new phone (see the next section for full instructions). Because you’ll have both phones at this point, you can manage the data transfer and perform a factory reset on your old phone.

.You can trade-in your phone from the comforts of your own home in three easy steps:
1. Add a trade-in kit to your basket when buying your new Pixel.
3. Send in your old device using the prepaid/prelabeled trade-in kit to our trade-in partner and look forward to your refund. Once your device has been received by our trade-in partner, they will inspect and verify that its condition matches with what was declared by you at the time of purchase, and an ID check (done by PCS Wireless) will also be conducted. The inspection process includes checking the battery condition, screen burnout, scratches, and backlight condition. Lear more about trade-in conditions requirements
. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation email with further trade-in instructions.If the trade-in device's post-inspection value matches the estimated trade-in value (at least 75% of the estimated trade-in value):
You'll receive a credit to the form of payment used for your new device purchase.* Credit card refunds may take up to 45-60 business days to apply to your card.
If the trade-in value credit exceeds the cost of your new Pixel device (excluding VAT), the excess amount will be provided as Google Store credit.
If the trade-in device's post-inspection value is lower than the estimated trade-in value:
A credit equivalent to the value of the device is issued.
PCS Wireless returns your device if the post-inspection value isn’t at least 75% of the estimated trade-in value and you won’t receive a credit.
If the purchased device is returned (after trade-in is accepted) :
The post-inspection value of the trade-in is issued in the form of store credit.
Devices sent for trade-in must be received within 30 days of receiving your new device, otherwise a new trade-in value will be confirmed to you.
Only one smartphone can be traded in per purchase and the amount you receive for your trade-in varies according to the time of purchase, model, and the condition of the trade-in smartphone, so be sure to check the estimate when you add it to your cart at the time of purchase, and the actual appraisal result that you receive via email.
