Who is the provider of Preferred Care?
If you purchased Preferred Care before 2/24/25: Your service provider is Federal Warranty Service Corporation in all states except in California where the Provider is Sureway, Inc.; in Florida where the Provider is United Service Protection, Inc., and in Oklahoma where the Provider is Assurant Service Protection, Inc. All these companies operate under the trade name Assurant.
If you purchased Preferred Care after 2/24/25: Your service provider is Asurion Warranty Protection Services, LLC or one of its affiliates.

- 2Select devices that only have a cracked front screen are eligible for cracked screen repair (devices with a damage to the back glass or other damaged components beyond front glass are not eligible for cracked screen repair). Subject to parts availability, and available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 90-day limited warranty. Eligibility for scratch screen repair will be determined at the time of claim filing.
