Public Transportation: The VTA Route 40 bus operates daily, and stops at Charleston and Huff streets near the Google Store. You can take Caltrain to the Mountain View Transit Center and then take VTA Route 40.

Light to moderate roadway construction should be expected from August 12 to September 13 on portions of Alta Ave, Huff Ave, Plymouth Street, and Joaquin Rd. All construction will take place south of Charleston Blvd. Parking Lot C will not be impacted. Access to the Alta Garage will be provided via local detours when street closures are in effect.

Are appointments required for in-store services?
Appointments are not required. You can visit anytime during store hours to troubleshoot software issues, repair cracked screens, or talk to one of our technicians for help. Generally repairs take 2 hours from start to finish and we will send you a message when your pickup is available.
What carriers can I buy my Pixel with?
Just like online, you can choose between an unlocked phone or Google Fi. Unlocked phones work with most phone carriers in the US.
Will there be any products available in-store but not online?
We offer exclusive branded merch and carry every product and model currently available in the online Google Store, although colorways are subject to availability.
Do you offer the same prices and promotions as the online store?
Yes - our prices reflect the same offers available online. You can also exchange online purchases in stores and vice versa.
