1. Introduction

1.1 ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. In order to enter the Contest (defined below), you must agree to comply with these Official Rules ("Official Rules" or "Rules"). Therefore, please read these Official Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree.

You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and by participating in the Contest, you accept these terms. You may not submit an entry to the Contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Google Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 33 102 417 032 with its registered office at Level 5, 48 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont 2009 NSW Australia (“Google” or "Promoter") with respect to the Contest.

1.2 “Winner" means the Eligible Entrant who 1) is selected according to the relevant sections, such as Section 5 (Winner Selection & Validation) in the Terms and Conditions; and  .2) has successfully completed the prize claim and validation process within the required 48-hour window according to the relevant sections, such as Section 5 (Winner Selection & Validation).
1.3. Nature of Promotion (No Allurement). The purchase of a Pixel 10 series phone serves solely as an eligibility criterion for this Promotion. The entry into the contest is an incidental benefit provided entirely free of cost, and no separate consideration or portion of the purchase price is allocated to the entry. This Contest is a Game of Skill, and winners will be selected based on the merit of their answers to the Contest Questions, not by chance or random draw.
2. Eligibility

2.1. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of Australia only, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”).

2.2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must have an active email account, a Google Store account and meet the Contest Entry Criteria (defined below).

3. Contest Period
3.1. The Google Store EOFY Contest (“Contest”) begins from 9:00 a.m. AEST on June 4, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. AEST on July 3, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Contest an Eligible Entrant must:

Purchase a Google Pixel 10a, Google Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL or Pixel 10 Pro Fold (each, an “Eligible Device”) from the Google Store (store.google.com/au) during the Contest Period to receive a unique identifying number from the Promoter (“Google Store Order ID”); and

Complete the online entry form located at

(“Competition Form”) by submitting the details required, including full name, email address, telephone number, city or state of residence, Google Store Order ID and provide responses to the Competition Questions (defined below).

4.2. The Competition Form will be available on the Google Store Content Hub at

; emailed to users opted-in to receive Google Store promotional emails; and linked on Google Store device pages. 

4.3. All entries must be submitted during the Contest Period. Any entries made after this time will not be eligible.

4.4. The entry form will require the Eligible Entrant to provide a response to the following four (4) questions (“Competition Questions”):

Question 1: Which new magnetic technology on the Pixel 10 series allows you to "snap" on chargers and accessories?

Options: A) PixelLink, B) G-Connect, C) Pixelsnap, D) MagBolt

Question 2: Which generation of the custom-designed Google Tensor chip powers the new Pixel 10 series?

Options:(A) Tensor G3, (B) Tensor G4, (C) Tensor G5, (D) Tensor G10

Question 3: What is Oscar Piastri’s official driver number?

Options: A) 4, B) 81, C) 11, D) 44

Question 4: Oscar Piastri is known for his 'calm and clinical' racing style. In 25 words or less, tell us why Oscar is your favorite driver on the grid.

4.5. Entry Limits. An Eligible Entrant can only submit one (1) entry per Eligible Device purchase (verified via Google Store Order ID, each Google Store Order ID can only be used for submission once).

4.6. Purchase Cancellation & Forfeiture. 

If an entrant returns an Eligible Device or cancels their order prior to the Winner being determined, the entry will be void and the entrant is ineligible to receive the Prize Package. 

If the Winner returns the Eligible Device or cancels their order after being awarded the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that the entry will be void in accordance with clause 5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the Prize .

Nothing in this clause 4.6 limits or affects an entrant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Entrants who return an Eligible Device pursuant to their rights under the Australian Consumer Law will remain eligible to win or retain the Prize.

5. Winner Selection & Validation

5.1. Judging Period. The judging of entries will commence at 9:00a.m. AEST July 4, 2026 and conclude at 9:00p.m. AEST July 9, 2026. All entries will be judged individually on their merits by an automated factual scoring process for Question 1-3 and by a panel of two (2) judges appointed by the Promoter (“Judges”) for Question 4.

5.2. An entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be considered invalid.

5.3. Judging Process. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be scored by the panel of judges using the below criteria to determine a total score (out of 50 points): 

(a) Stage 1 (Automated Factual Scoring): Questions 1 - 3 will be scored out of 10 points each. A correct answer to Question 1, Question 2 or Question 3 will automatically receive the maximum number of points available for each question. 

(b) Stage 2 (Manual Creative Scoring): The Judges will sort all entries according to the combined score received from Stage 1. The 50 entries with the highest combined scores from Stage 1 (“Finalists”) will then be reviewed by the Judges based on the following criteria and a score out of 20 will be awarded for the answer to Question 4: 

  • Personal Insight & Specificity (1-10 points)
  • Emotional Resonance & Creativity (1-5 points)
  • Clarity (1-5 points)

If more than 50 entries receive the full scores for Questions 1-3, the Finalists will be the 50 entrants with the Google Store Order ID corresponding to the earliest recorded purchase of an Eligible Device, as determined by the record in the Google Store sales system.

5.4. Winner Selection. The Prize (defined below) will be won by the Eligible Entrant with the entry that receives the highest total score (out of 50) from the Automated Factual Scoring and Judges, as determined in their absolute discretion and in accordance with the criteria in section 5.3 above (“Judging Process”). 

5.5. If multiple entries receive the same highest score from the Automated Factual Scoring and Judges, the Winner will be the entrant with the Google Store Order ID corresponding to the earliest recorded purchase of an Eligible Device, as determined by the record in the Google Store sales system.

6. Prizes

6.1. There are seven (7) prizes available, only one each, for the Winners of the Contest. 

6.2. Prize Package. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive 1 x Oscar-signed special edition 1:2 scale model racing helmet from Monaco 2025 for the Winner with highest score (subject to clause 5.5) . One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive 1 X Signed 2025 McLaren team shirt (in either size L or size XL) for the Winner second to the Grand Prize Winner (subject to clause 5.5). The remaining Five (5) Winners will each receive 1 X Signed Piastee. All prizes are standard size only where applicable.

6.3. Prize Terms. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

7.1. Notification. The Promoter will notify the Winner to the email address submitted in the official online entry form via the Google Store official email outreach, googlestore-noreply@google.com by 11:59 p.m AEST on July 22, 2026.

7.2. Winner Acceptance. Winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of notification to respond and accept the Prize Package.

7.3. Unclaimed Prize or Disqualification. If a Winner:

  • cannot be contacted or does not respond within the 48-hour timeframe;
  • rejects the prize; or
  • is found to be ineligible or in breach of these T&Cs;

then the Winner will forfeit the Prize Package. The Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize Package to the next highest-scoring Finalist, subject to clauses 5.5 and 4.6.

7.4. Prize Coordination. The designated local events agency, Boo Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 54 673 052 509) (the “Agency”) will be solely responsible for contacting Winners to co-ordinate the shipping logistics set out in clause 6.2.

8. Privacy

8.1. Consent. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that Google may collect, store, share and otherwise use personally identifiable information provided during or in connection with the Contest. The following data will be collected:

8.3. Contest answers and the data set out in clause 8.1 above, will be accessible only to Google, its affiliates and vendors, and the Agency for the administration of the Contest and any related purposes. Google will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. General Rules

9.1. Google reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Google's sole discretion, it reasonably believes that:

  • the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, providing false information or using unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Google, or any judges; or
  • having the entrant participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize would be contrary to applicable law, rules or guidelines.
9.2. Google reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it cannot be completed as planned for outside Google’s reasonable control, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing errors, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Google will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Google; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

10.2. By entering the Contest, you agree that Google, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Google Parties”) shall not be liable (whether under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) for:

  • losses that were not caused by our breach of these Rules;
  • any loss or damage that was not, at the time the relevant contract with you was formed, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of Google breaching these Rules;
  • losses relating to any business of yours, including loss of profits, revenues, data, opportunity or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential losses; or
  • loss of data stored on the device, or inability to access data.

10.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Google Parties’ liability will not exceed $150 AUD.

10.4. Nothing in these Rules is intended to exclude or limit Google's or any Google Party's liability for: (i) death or personal injury; (ii) fraud; (iii) fraudulent misrepresentation; (iv) any terms which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law); or (v) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10.5. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

11. Force Majeure
11.1. If any part of the Prize Package becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize Package with an alternative of equivalent value of $100 AUD per person.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Official Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts of New South Wales, Australia.
