Photography has always been a way for me to express feelings and communicate how I see the world. This image was inspired by quiet moments while hiking, when I slow down and start noticing the smaller details around me. Instead of focusing on big landscapes, I’m often drawn to the textures and patterns hidden along the trail, the kind of things most people walk past without a second glance.

The dandelion was out in a field that didn't really look all that special. I looked around and saw some of the dry dandelions and this one just happened to have a little opening like a window. Just perfect for me to use the macro mode on the Pixel 8. It made me feel like I was entering into another world that we don't get to see often.

That is my car, although a little more styled and improved with AI, on the Portway in Bristol. It's overlooking the Clifton suspension bridge, Bristol's iconic landmark.

This was a photo of opportunity that was actually taken at a hardware store in the garden section as my girlfriend was looking for plants. I saw this and thought it was really neat with the scratched up paint and the mesh pattern. It was just a table that they had plants on for sale. I always try to find the beauty in things and I still get surprised how often I'm able to find something incredible from something ordinary.
