The Google Store offers price matching for eligible products purchased directly from the Google Store if you find a better price online at a selected retail partner or on Google Store and make a request within the standard or holiday return period. To qualify, the selected retail partner must be located in the same country where you placed your Google Store order, the matching price must be in the same currency and for an identical product (including model, color, and memory configuration), the lower price on the identical product must be currently available and verifiable through a public URL, the product must be in stock at both Google Store and the retail partner and the if the lower price is due to a promotion you must meet the eligibility requirements for that promotion. Price matching is not available for contract mobile phones or financing deals; third-party pre-orders or trade-in offers; wholesale, members-only, or educational pricing; mail-in rebates, printed coupons, or gift card offers; product bundles or complimentary services; clearance, open box, refurbished, or pre-owned items; products shipped/sold by third parties on retail partner websites; pricing errors or temporary price reductions; or phones and devices with data plans that are locked. Maximum refund is limited to the balance of the purchase price, after any trade-in credits. Australian residents 18+ only. The trade-in value can only be applied against a new Pixel phone purchase and varies based on the condition, year and configuration of your trade-in device. Value may vary from the estimated value following inspection and whether the device matches the description provided at trade-in. Your device must be in good working order, able to power on and have no major screen damage in order to qualify. You are responsible for deleting all data from the device before dispatching. The device cannot be returned so ensure that all data is backed up. An ID check will be required. Device trade-in credit will be issued to the original form of purchase used for the device purchase from Google Store or in the form of Store credit if we're unable to credit your original form of payment, if the confirmed trade-in value exceeds the value of your new device or if the new device has already been returned in accordance with the applicable Google Store return policy. Credit is based on your device matching the description provided at time of estimate and paid after receipt. If the condition of the device doesn't match or if it's returned late, a new trade-in value will be confirmed. If that amount is at least 75% of the original estimate, the trade-in will continue and that amount will be credited back to you. Devices sent for trade-in must be received within 30 days of receiving your new device, provided that the purchased device has not been returned during that time.
