Pixel Superfans Facebook Terms & Conditions
The Pixel Superfans Facebook Group (the “Group”) is one element of the Pixel Superfan Program (the “Program”). Participation in the Group is only eligible to individuals who are (1) over 18 years old, (2) residents of the United States, (3) not government officials (please check here for additional details on who qualifies as a government official), (4) not members of the press and (5) not employees, temporary workers, contractors, or affiliates of Google LLC (“Google”) and Alphabet LLC. If you do not or if a representative of Google reasonably believes you do not meet each of the eligibility requirements, Google will remove you from the Group and Program at its sole discretion.
By submitting the form, you are agreeing to allow Google to use, pursuant to our privacy policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy), any information you provide during your participation in the Group . You may have opportunities to engage with Google and other Pixel Superfans on third party platforms. The information you share on any third party platform will be subject to such platform’s respective privacy policies. You understand and agree that Google may use any information you provide on such Google-operated pages hosted by a third-party platform (such as, the Group) in connection with the promotional, educational, and business purposes of Google.
You also understand and agree that information you provide as part of the Program may be combined with other data associated with your Google Account. This combined data may be used for internal analytics about the Program or to provide surprise gifts to select Program participants.
By submitting the form, you also agree to follow the Group rules listed here (bit.ly/3tkzp2s). If you violate the Group rules or these Terms, Google may remove you from the Group and/or from the Program at Google’s sole discretion.
Space in the Group and Program is limited, is subject to availability, and may change over time. The structure and availability of the Program may also change over time
The Program is designed to be a new and fun community for people who love Pixel. You understand that the specific program perks offered to each Pixel fan may vary from person to person. When posting about Pixel or the Google brand, you may be subject to disclosure and accuracy requirements under applicable laws. This means that your content should always be truthful, accurate, and reflect your honest opinions and experiences. You may also need to disclose your relationship with Google in your content. For example, if you decide to post about a gift you received from Google, use the #GiftFromGoogle hashtag. We suggest you review the Federal Trade Commission’s guidance (https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/plain-language/1001a-influencer-guide-508_1.pdf) and related FTC guidance about endorsements/testimonials and/or seek legal guidance to learn about your disclosure responsibilities and when they apply.
We know you are a Pixel fan and may be eager to give Google feedback and suggestions about products, product improvements, product technologies, product names, advertising strategies, slogans, songs, jingles, etc. (collectively, “Feedback”). If you choose to give us Feedback, you agree that, regardless of anything you say, write or record to the contrary, your Feedback and its contents: (1) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary; (2) may be used, redistributed, or disclosed for any purpose and in any way, without any compensation to you or any third party; and (3) do not create any obligation on Google or any of its affiliates, including but not limited to reviewing, acknowledging, or returning any materials relating to the Feedback.
