What is Pixel Price Promise?

Pixel Price Promise is Google Store’s price match policy, designed to help you shop with confidence. If you buy a Pixel phone and later find it for less at an eligible online retailer or on Google Store, you may be able to claim a partial refund, as long as it’s within the standard or holiday return period (15 calendar days).

To qualify, the lower price must be available on a live URL at the time of your request, and the product must match exactly. That means the same model, memory, colour, country and currency. Just include the direct link to the offer when you submit your request. If your claim is approved, we’ll refund the difference once your order ships.
