It's easy to stay connected. File a claim with our partner Assurant by phone or at mydeviceprotect.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each claim is subject to an excess – CDN$99 for Pixel and CDN$129 for Pixel XL, plus any applicable taxes – and you can file up to 2 claims of accidental damage coverage within the 2-year term. If you purchased a Nexus 5X or 6P with Nexus Protect, you can also file your claims at mydeviceprotect.com.

Your service contract and related communications will be delivered via email. To view your documents, you must provide us with a valid email address. You will also need a device with Internet access, print and/or storage capability. If you do not receive your service contract within 2 working days, or would like to request a paper copy, please contact device protection at 877-406-4372.

The Consumer Protection Act gives a warranty on all goods that you purchase or lease from a merchant. The goods must be usable for the purposes for which they are ordinarily used (section 37 of the Act) and in normal use for a reasonable length of time, which may vary according to the price paid, the terms of the contract and the conditions of use (section 38 of the Act).
